About the roles
Location: Nurtrio
Salary: £31,200 plus £65 per night sleep-in allowance
Hours: Full-time (including evenings, weekends, and additional sleep-in shifts)
Reports to: Children's Residential Home Registered Manager/Deputy Manager
We're looking for a Senior Caregiver to support children and young people (typically aged 8–18) with complex emotional, behavioural, and social needs in a safe, nurturing, therapeutic and caring residential environment.
As a Senior Caregiver, you will act as a role model, lead shifts, mentor junior staff, and help create a home environment that promotes positive outcomes for children and young people.

Salary: £25,642 plus £65 per night sleep-in allowance
