Your own home - what’s more reassuring than that? You settle in on your own sofa with a cuppa in your favourite mug to watch that TV show you love. You know which floorboards creak and the neighbours’ routine off-by-heart. There’s comfort in the familiar.

Which is why our home care (sometimes referred to as domiciliary care) is designed to enable you to stay independent in your own home.

Our support workers are dedicated to supporting you to live the life you choose. So, if that’s meeting new friends, getting out to the park, or picking up that hobby that you used to love, we’re here to support you to live the best life you can.

From 30 minute home visits to a few hours at a time. These visits can be once a day, or a few times a day to fit around your routine. Our home care support is there for you as much or as little as you need it to be.

Our home care service can be used as short-term support while you recover from illness or surgery. Or maybe your usual carer is taking a break. Our support workers will get to know you and your needs and work with you to come up with your care plan.

Your alarm clock rings and you’re ready to start the day. Maybe that means you need a helping hand getting out of bed or support to wash and get dressed. We can pop by to help with this. And while we’re at it, we’ll pop the kettle on and prep a good breakfast.

It can be difficult managing your medication on your own. Remembering times, dosages and ordering prescriptions can become complicated. Our support workers are there to remind you and can help with administering and collect-ing your medication to help ease the stress.

Breakfast, lunch or dinner and those peckish times in-between. We can prep meals and snacks for you and assist as much as is needed. We even offer a Meals on Wheels service. But, if you fancy yourself a bit of a whizz in the kitchen and you need a bit of support to whip up your favourite tea, we’re here to lend a hand. Like we always say, we’re here to support you to live the life you choose.

Your weekly food shop? Collecting a pension? Attending an appointment? These are just some of the things we can support you with. Whether it’s taking care of the shopping for you, as well as putting the food away in your cup-boards or coming along with you on shopping trips to support – together, we’ll work out what’s best for you.

We know that both physical and mental ill health can make household chores difficult. That’s why, during our visits, we’re happy to help with laundry, cleaning and any other domestic needs.

Whether it’s an afternoon at the cinema, catching up with friends over coffee or attending a craft group – we’re here to support you to do the things you love.

You may already, or be looking to access other areas of support . We can help with this. From support for anxiety or depression, help with managing long-term conditions, to guiding you into or sustaining employment. Our support workers can provide you with information on other services and support you with attending any groups and appointments.

What’s better than your own bed after a long day? Our support workers can visit to support with your night-time routine. From medication prompts and personal care to getting changed and ready for bed. You’ll be counting sheep with ease.

Life and circumstances can suddenly change meaning that you need home care at the drop of a hat – we’re here.
