How we make starting home care feel easy
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. We keep things simple and pressure‑free.
What happens when you get in touch
1. A friendly chat
You can call us or send an enquiry. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, what matters to you, and what would make life easier.
2. A visit to get to know you
We’ll arrange a home visit to understand your needs. This helps us understand your routine, your home, and the type of support that feels right. You’re welcome to have a family member or friend with you.
3. Your support plan
Together, we agree what you’d like help with and when. It can be as little or as often as you choose.
4. Meeting your support worker
We’ll introduce you to a friendly, trained member of our local team who’s a good fit for the type of support you’ve asked for We do our best to keep your visits consistent, so you can get to know and feel comfortable with the people supporting you at home. If your regular carer is unavailable, we will make sure another capable, friendly member of our team attends your visit and provides the support you need.
5. Ongoing support
Your needs might change over time. That’s completely fine. You can adjust your visits whenever you like.
If you’re supporting a parent or relative, you can stay updated through our Family Portal, which shows care notes, medication records, and visit updates in real time so you always feel informed.
