Understand what you can expect to pay for Nurtrio home care
We believe in being clear and upfront about costs when it comes to care. There are no long contracts and no hidden extras — just straightforward information so you always know where you stand.
Choosing care can feel like a big decision, and it’s easy to worry about unexpected fees or complicated terms. We keep things simple because nothing about arranging support should come as a surprise. We’ll talk through the options at your pace, explain how visits are priced, and make sure you feel confident before anything begins.
You may also find Meals on Wheels helpful alongside your home care. Many people choose to add it because it takes the pressure off daily meal preparation and brings a bit of routine to the day. You can look at the current menu and pricing here, and if it feels right for you, we can include it as part of your support package.
If you receive our home care, we give you 50% off your first week’s meals so you can try it out and see if it’s a good fit for you. It’s completely flexible, you can pause it at any time, change the number of meals you receive, or try it for a short period to see how it suits you.

Our pricing
Our minimum visits start from just 30 minutes at £17.02.
We’re offering 25% off all new care packages that begin before 31 July 2026, to make getting started a little easier.
Keysafe fitting allows our support workers access to your home without you having to leave your door unlocked. We provide keysafe fitting for £125.
